I dream of a world where all cash withdrawals, no matter the format or the mode of transportation used to reach an ATM, are treated equally.

I also dream of a world in which I can make a living driving 1-2 people back and forth between their homes and a casino.

Really, if the taxpayers can pay $200 so a disabled person can go to the casino, why can’t that disabled person use an EBT card to get cash there? Who is to make that kind of moral judgment about whether that cash withdrawal is valid or not?
